Ministry of Health: Zambia Health Facility Register

    Zambia Health Facility Register

    Project Description

The Zambia Health Facility Register (ZHFR) is a web and mobile based application for maintaining semi-permanent data for every health facility in Zambia supported by United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Zambia Evidence for Health (E4H). The system uses role-based security with support for hierarchical authorisation for data exchange. The MFL application lists all Health Facilities in the country and provides cross-sectional facility statistics on key public health interventions being implemented at all levels of the health service delivery system. The application contains up to date information about all health facilities in the country including private facilities.
