Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at ISWE, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and promoting our software solutions to potential customers. You will combine your expertise in sales and marketing with a deep understanding of software products to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospects and clients. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives, with a focus on software products.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals to effectively communicate the technical aspects and value propositions of our software products to prospects
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency.
  • Hit revenue targets in a quota-carrying role by effectively selling our software solutions to prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize social media platforms and other channels to generate leads, create brand awareness, and engage with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
  • Analyse market trends, sales and marketing metrics, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in software products or technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on software products.
  • Strong technical understanding of software products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working with or selling enterprise software products.
  • Knowledge of various business processes across industries, including finance, human resources, supply chain, manufacturing, and CRM
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and implementation projects for software products
    Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and excellent customer service.
